At Shopping Highway (run by G M and Sons), we want every order to reach you in perfect condition. This policy covers all products sold on our website and mobile app – computer accessories (keyboards, mice, webcams, LCD writing tablets), kitchen and crockery items, home appliances, grocery, cosmetics, personal care and clothing.

1. Eligibility for Returns

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are received defective, damaged or broken during delivery, or different from what you ordered (wrong item, size or colour).
• While receiving the parcel, please check that the packing is not tampered with.
• Unboxing video required: while opening the order, please make a short video. The video must show the printed label on the packing and all sides of the parcel. For glass, ceramic and crockery items, please also show each piece clearly in the video.
• To be eligible, the item must be unused and in its original packaging, with all accessories, tags, manuals and free gifts. The packing box and seals should not be torn or broken.

2. How to Request a Return

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery on WhatsApp or call 6280238123, or email gmsons1957@gmail.com, with your order number, photos and the unboxing video.
• Once the return request is received, after discussion we will arrange the product pickup. Return delivery charges are paid by the customer and adjusted while sending back the refund amount.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned unless they are received damaged, defective or wrong:

• Innerwear, lingerie, socks and nightwear
• Cosmetics, skin care, hair care and fragrances once the seal or packing is opened
• Feminine hygiene and personal care products
• Grocery and food items (dals, spices, dry fruits, oils, tea and similar)
• Items damaged due to misuse or tampering

4. Brand Warranty

If a branded product (for example Logitech, Lifelong, Bajaj or Hawkins) stops working after delivery, please visit the brand’s nearest authorised service centre with your invoice – the manufacturer’s warranty applies.

5. Refund Policy

• Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
